Welcome to The Lemon Tree; a family-run restaurant right in the heart of Barnsley town centre.

We specialise in traditional Turkish cuisine, coupled with a separate menu offering British favourites. The Lemon Tree is located in the middle of Peel Square, close to the Town Hall, Civic Theatre and Cooper Gallery. Whether you’re shopping, visiting the town or going out with friends and family, we are easy to get to and surrounded by activity.

Our food is simple, yet tasty! Our meat and seafood are a must, however, Turkish cuisine is also well suited to vegetarians and vegans, with a range of delicious options available. We use quality produce and all our food is freshly prepared on the premises.
